In the pillars of fitness and longevity, I used to only have: CARDIO. Ever since my low back injury from diving head-first back into Tennis last year, I have taken stretching pretty seriously. Now, I have MOBILITY, STRENGTH, CARDIO, BREATHWORK, and REST. Does it get more complicated as we age? Nervous System Regulation, Part 1
When my body learned how to stop being the guard dog. I bought a sauna membership for $200 a month. Yes, yes I did. This means two times each week I walk ~25 minutes each way to Worthy Self Care Studio in South Berkeley. I allow myself to get out of my head and pay attention to details on the street, the people I'm walking by. I am greeted with kindness when I walk in.
