Architecting personal rituals.

In the pillars of fitness and longevity, I used to only have: CARDIO.

Ever since my low back injury from diving head-first back into Tennis last year, I have taken stretching pretty seriously.

Now, I have MOBILITY, STRENGTH, CARDIO, BREATHWORK, and REST.

Does it get more complicated as we age?

It's true, things start breaking or squeaking a bit more, but I actually experienced better listening to what my body needs and getting smarter about my rituals.

💕I'm helping people architect their personal rituals to bring a clean slate each and every day. This is like a mini yoga sequence customized for you with meditating and breathing on your schedule to fit with your unique life.

"The peace of beginning my day with you and nature was so centering and calming! This would be a perfect addition to my morning devotion or a nice calm down from the day." - Retreat Customer, Thrive at the Edge

I created and practiced a sequence to a playlist for what I titled "Reclaimed Rise".

Since I was getting in front of professional, ambitious, self-starters that have a lot on their plates, I decided we would start Days 1 and 2 by shifting from output to input.

Reclaiming the first bits of the morning signals self-worth and prioritization in a busy, demanding world. The morning immersion combined light movement with intentional breathwork to ease the nervous system, wring out staleness, and ensure that we could show up to the retreat experience with clarity and power.

Through January and up to the first day of the retreat, I practiced.

....and practiced....

....I dry ran the session in full 14 times to let it sink into my muscles and bones!

I was preparing to guide a class. The side effect was my body felt limber, I could stand taller, I didn't think about aches. I woke up and looked forward to hearing my calming playlist.

When I took in the helpful feedback from these sessions at the retreat, it became obvious that this personal morning ritual is something everyone needs.

On Day 3, I created "Resonant Rise".

We transitioned from physical mobility to mental mastery with a rhythmic, active meditation designed for busy minds. The group experienced the amplified power of meditating in a collective of women to sharpen focus and "clear the cache" of the mind. We concluded with a deeply restorative body scan (with aromatherapy!) to integrate the insights from the retreat. Seeing the relaxed bodies brought me so much contentment!

I’m curious:
